RUF Winter Conference in Cape Cod

NOTE ON SCHOLARSHIPS: OUR POLICY IS THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE A SCHOLARSHIP IF YOU HAVE NO (ZERO) FUNDS FOR EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. AS IN, YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR CONCERTS, SKI TRIPS, ROAD TRIPS, "GOING OUT," ETC. IN OTHER WORDS, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A SCHOLARSHIP IF YOU HAVE EXPENDABLE INCOME THAT YOU WILL USE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. ABUSE OF SCHOLARSHIPS WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING DENIED FUTURE SCHOLARSHIPS. THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A REAL NEED (NOT NEED AS DEFINED BY UPPER MIDDLE CLASS WHITE PEOPLE).

RUF Winter Conference 2009

Where: Ocean Edge Resort, Brewster, MA (Cape Cod)
When: Starts at 10pm on Friday. We'll get back Sunday afternoon after church. Cars will leave Friday afternoon, Feb. 13th--check facebook to get a ride.
Who: RUF groups from Harvard, BU, Brown, Rhode Island School of Design, Yale and UConn.
Speaker: Rev. Rick Downs, Senior Pastor at Christ the King Presbyterian, Cambridge, MA
Topic: What is Love? Gospel-Centered Relationships
Cost: $75 Scholarships are available for those in financial need. Select the amount you can pay from the paypal menu and our supporters will make up the rest. Because our funding is down, we are only offering a partial $35 scholarship this year (full scholarships are not available).
