Lucas is an ordained campus minister in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America). He was born in Brazil, grew up in New Jersey, and then attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, where he was first introduced to RUF. As he progressed through college, the impact of RUF on his life caused him to pursue an internship with RUF at the University of Tennessee, and then attend Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis where he earned his Master of Divinity degree. He loves music (playing and listening), sports (especially college football and basketball), reading good books, and getting to know new people.
